Service Estimates & Agreements

Estimates and Proposals

Changes to project scope, materials, dimensions, or installation requirements may adjust cost or schedule. All modifications require written approval from both parties.

Project Commencement and Payment

Work begins after mutual written approval of proposals or contracts. Payment terms, deposit requirements, warranties, and performance expectations are detailed within formal proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard payment terms require 50% deposit upon approval and remaining balance upon completion.

Project Changes and Cancellations

Changes requested after project approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. Cancellations made after production has commenced may be subject to fees covering completed work, materials purchased, and labor invested. We will provide detailed accounting of any cancellation fees.

Intellectual Property

Website Content

All texts, images, graphics, trade names, logos, photographs, and materials appearing on the website are protected under intellectual property law and remain the property of Duval Sign Solutions, Inc. or licensed partners. Custom Design Work

Original design work created by Duval Sign Solutions for your project remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, you receive a license to use the design for the agreed-upon application. Client-Provided Materials

You represent and warrant that any logos, images, text, or other materials provided to us for project use do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify Duval Sign Solutions against any claims arising from client-provided materials.

Warranties and Quality Assurance

Workmanship Warranty

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Material and workmanship warranties are specified in individual project agreements and vary based on materials, installation type, and environmental conditions.

Material Warranties

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and passed through to clients as applicable. We do not warrant damage caused by severe weather events, vandalism, accidents, or improper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee:
